Website Design | SEO | Brand
Sarah the founder of Look Aesthetics came to us at the beginning of 2020 looking to upgrade her website, also maybe rebranding. Look has been open a few years now and has a private clinic based in Hadleigh, Essex.
The company was progressing and Sarah realised a few small mistakes she may have made at the beginning of her entrepreneur journey.
The original name was a little long and wanted to shorten it and came up with the new name Look. Sarah was adding a lot more services to her business and wanted more pages added to the site.
Sarah also wanted to add eCommerce to the site so she can sell skin products online. This is where we recommended changing from a Joomla website which she already had to a WordPress website.
Here at Essex marketing, we have experience in this platform and the plugin woo-commerce. We can add various products and descriptions for you and add a payment plugin to the site to get you selling online.
As well as a nice fresh layout and rebrand we added clear links to all the landing pages for clients to find their way around the site to see all the services and read about each one, links to individual products and also the packages page.
Since taking on the client we have studied the demographic that the client is in and even with the current situation (Covid 19 Crisis 2020) We still managed to improve her monthly visitors to 500+ within 6 Months of her being with us.
We have also built the client a brand new website with an eCommerce platform to incorporate some of the products that they sell.
When we build the site for Look Aesthetics we really focused on appointment setting so we incorporated a very conversion-driven approach.
Strategically placed contact forms such as these around the site as greatly improved the conversion on the site with reports of weekly new meetings reaching 10 and above.
We added an Instagram plugin to the bottom of her website, this is a great way to show off your work from your social media and it doubles up as a gallery!
Sarah liked the idea of having a booking system linked into the site, to have the site clear in its packages and pricing model so people would book straight into the system.
This is great in an ideal world or with regular clients but we decided like with most sites to also add a contact form on each page close to the top, this is good to capture new leads, to get people to enquire with you and start a conversation in the process of booking. We then linked her external booking system directly into the website so it works now together as one.
When building a website we metatag all the pages and add the technical on-site SEO, pretty quickly the site moved up the Google rankings for some of Look’s keywords. Lip Fillers Essex, Profhilo Essex and Aqualyx Essex noticeably moved quick, Aqualyx even managed to hit number 1 within a couple of months!
With continual investment in SEO, Sarah should reach her target for other keywords, SEO can take a little time with more competitive keywords but worth the wait when the enquiries start coming in.
Sarah says she is now much happier with the look (no pun intended) of her website and the way people have more knowledge of her products and services due to the way it’s presented and then this resulting in an increase in leads and sales.
